COVID19 Services Update

Idea Swell LLC of Pinellas will be continuing most marketing operations as usual with the following adjustments:

Web Design, Graphics, SEO & Programming:
These services will no longer warrant any in-person meetings with clients.
Pre-project: Planning will be done via video conferencing

Video / Photography Services:

On-Location Projects
If required, we will be utilizing a face shield, mask and gloves along with freshly washed clothing and these services will be performed while maintaining the six foot rule, sorry, no hand shakes. We will require that any indoor locations we are requested to film within be sanitized prior our arrival.

Customer Assistance:

In the event any of our customers are experiencing financial hardships due to the COVID19 pandemic we have the following options available:
For current, monthly clients only*

Hosting:

• Continue hosting for up to 90 days without payment. Past due amounts to be added to future payments but spread out across a 12 month period.

SEO:

• Continue SEO services for up to 60 days without payment. Past due amounts to be added to future payments but spread out across a 12 month period.
• Suspend service until client request resumption

Social Media:

• Continue services for up to 60 days without payment. Past due amounts to be added to future payments but spread out across a 12 month period.
• Suspend service until client request resumption.

Google Ad Words Management:

• Continue Ad-word services for up to 60 days without payment. Past due amounts to be added to future payments but spread out across a 12 month period.
• Suspend service until client request resumption.

Outstanding Balance Pay-off:

• Suspend payment amount for up to 90 days without service interruption. Past due amounts to be added to future payments but spread out across a 6 month period.
