Life’s Tight-Space-Case

I heard something a while ago on a Casey Neistat video and decided to polish it a bit. In the video, the concept was about time and how much you have but I’ll elaborate a good bit here:

“Life is like packing a suitcase, a hard shell ‘only-fits-so-much’ kind of case.

You’ve got a finite amount of space in the case and every minute of every day you’re packing that case whether you like it or not.

Once the case is full, packing is complete. Close it up and away you go.

Be mindful of what you put in your case because before you know it, you’ll be out of space.”

-Clayton Mayo, paraphrasing a Casey Neistat video.

Anyhow, it’s an interesting concept because we really do only have a finite amount of time in these lives we lead. At some point, it’s going to end. Don’t waste time binge-watching Netflix and playing video games unless those activities truly bring your life joy.
