So you’ve missed a payment, no worries! It happens. Here’s how to update the payment method and make the missed payment.
You need to log in to your account. Start at the bottom of this website and look for the “my account” link in the footer.
Use your username or email address and your password and hit the “Log in” option.
If you can’t recall your password, simply tap the “Lost your password?” option and by using your email or username the system will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Firstly, let’s fix that payment method.
From the dashboard, click “Payment methods”
On the subscriptions page, you should see a subscription that is “on hold“. Click the “View” option next to that subscription.
Under the related orders, you will say a payment that has failed. Hit the “Pay” option and complete the purchase.
From there it’s quite straightforward. Complete your purchase and the new payment method you added will be utilized for future orders. If you have any questions, use the support contact phone number you’ve been given or email email@example.com.
