Web Care Plan: Silver Level

Description

Security: Although WordPress (the system on which your website is built) is a great SEO, Design, and CMS (content management system) platform, it runs a database with a user interface susceptible to digital threats. All our sites are built with advanced security protocols in place. Updates will be performed two times a month and general site functionality will be checked after all major updates (theme/builder & WP version).

Backups: Each week your site will be fully backed up onto a completely different server to assure full redundancies in the event of a security breach or client-based mishap.  This is done via WP-Umbrella and our servers also have full backups.

Hosting: We use advanced VULTR services provisioned by GridPane for Silver Level hosting clients.  These are beefy servers, but not as beefy as the gold level, and also no BunnyCDN setup/maintenance which is required for background videos.

Premium Add-On Licenses:   Kadence Pro theme, Pro Blocks, SEO Press Pro, Perfmatters, Fluent Forms Pro, & Imagify Pro.  These are all premium software add-ons for which IdeaSwell carries the costs directly, so you dont have to worry about a slew of auto-renewals.

Website Support:  Website support is included by way of fixing errors on the website within reason.  However, this does not include major change orders.  If you’d like to change things on your site and are unable to perform these changes on your own, we may charge additional fees for such changes depending on scope and frequency of change orders.

Cost Structure

Silver Site Care Plan (support, software licenses, regular software updates): $70/mo.   In 2026 this is our friends and family rate. The general rate for new clients is $85/mo

Silver Site Hosting: $45/mo.   Discounts not available for this plan.  Hosting setup on VULTR configured via GridPane.
